Abstract

This work was made for the MA module called Composing for Media run by Dr Ed Hughes (which was part of the MA in Music and Sonic Media, Department of Music, School of Media, Film and Music, University of Sussex). The original title was 'Compose Silent Films in the Manner of Music Composition, and then Produce Music for the Film: Similarities and Differences Between Film Composition and Music Composition'. The project was inspired by Stan Brakhage, especially his early silent films.

Dr Ed Hughesによる修士課程の科目、Composing for Media（MA in Music and Sonic Media, Department of Music, School of Media, Film and Music, University of Sussexのうちの一科目）の課題のために作られた作品。もともとのタイトルは、『Compose Silent Films in the Manner of Music Composition, and then Produce Music for the Film: Similarities and Differences Between Film Composition and Music Composition』。Stan Brakhageの初期サイレントフィルムに影響を受けている。
